Absolutely loved the kid’s towel we got from this place! We were looking for a good customised gift to give one of our boys and this place popped up. I was a bit skeptical cos I had embroidery places and the fabric was either too thin or felt cheap. But when we got the item, the fabric was thick (but not super thick) and the embroidery was good. It was also wrapped in a zip lock bag. The gift card tho was just a print out on an A4 but all goods. Will use this place again

We placed the order on the Tuesday, and they arrived at Bribie Island outside of Brisbane on Friday c/w personal embroidery.Great turnaround time. The towels feel lovely and soft, and the embroidery looks beautiful. Not only was the personalised towels I ordered as pictured and amazing but the customer service was above and beyond. When I contacted the store re: delivery issue which in no way was the stores fault they went above and beyond to chase it down with the delivery driver and company and had the issue rectified within 24 hours.
