I had the best experience with TMS. I ordered 4x robes with personalised embroidery and the whole process was so easy. TMS went above and beyond offering a smaller font when I asked and then also picked up and fixed an error in my order (I accidentally selected white for 1/4 robes when it should have been red). The quality was fantastic when we received them. I couldn’t be more impressed! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely loved the kid’s towel we got from this place! We were looking for a good customised gift to give one of our boys and this place popped up. I was a bit skeptical cos I had embroidery places and the fabric was either too thin or felt cheap. But when we got the item, the fabric was thick (but not super thick) and the embroidery was good. It was also wrapped in a zip lock bag. The gift card tho was just a print out on an A4 but all goods. Will use this place again

Purchased two robe and towel sets as gifts for our dear friends but was unable to have the text embroidered on the towel to be exactly what I needed. I then contacted The Monogram Shop and they replied almost immediately offering several suggestions as to what can be done. They kindly accommodated my customisation requests and within 2 days I received my purchases. Items were packed professionally and beautifully. I ordered three sets of monogramed towels for my grandchildren. They rang me as my selection for one colour on the writing was incorrect as it would have been the same colour as the towel. Very happy with service and quality of product. Our towels arrived in four days. We placed the order on the Tuesday, and they arrived at Bribie Island outside of Brisbane on Friday c/w personal embroidery.Great turnaround time. The towels feel lovely and soft, and the embroidery looks beautiful. I think our newlyweds will love them.Great communication via email prior to our order to get exactly what we wanted.It wonderful how easy things can be when dealing with a professional and friendly company.

Not only was the personalised towels I ordered as pictured and amazing but the customer service was above and beyond. When I contacted the store re: delivery issue which in no way was the stores fault they went above and beyond to chase it down with the delivery driver and company and had the issue rectified within 24 hours. I was contacted on the phone by a real person every step of their progress in resolving an issue which I feelMost would have said contact the delivery company I highly rate the product and the service.

Found TMS on the internet and ordered fuchsia towels with white embroidery.Ordered them on the Monday, they arrived on the Friday (did pay for express postage as it was close to Christmas).Absolutely wrapt in them, the colour was perfect, loved the embroidery and the quality of the towels exceeded my expectations.
