Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within domestic and international destinations due to COVID-19.
You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au
All orders will be processed and despatched WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS of payment received. (unless marked otherwise, eCheque payment require 3-5 business days to clear before payment is received.)
(Direct Deposits and Large orders may result in slight delays).
Postage prices are calculated once you have enterd your shipping details for your order.
Please contact us if you require clarification on delivery time.You may pick up from our store, there is NO shipping charge for pick up.
If you select Pick Up, you will be emailed once your order has been completed and is ready for pick up from our store.
Please note that PICK UP FROM OUR STORE is from our only Store in Wetherill Park NSW.
You have the option of Standard Post, Express Post and Standard Post + Insurance at check out.
International orders have the option of International Postage at check out up to 20kg's.
Australia wide, Orders over $200 receive FREE Standard Post.
Australia wide Orders over $500 that require Express Post contact us on 0297560981 for pricing.
All New Zealand orders, Shipping takes Approx 5/10 Business days.
- All Australian parcels are sent by Australia Post.
- All international orders are sent by International Post.
- All parcels must be signed for at time of delivery or pick up.
- All customers will receive a Confirmation Order and Shipping Confirmation email with tracking or Consignment number. To trace your order once it has been sent out. (Please also check your Junk Mail folders.)
- The Monogram Shop is not held responsible for any order not received on expected time, due to freight and courier carriers not being within our control.
- The Monogram Shop is not held responsible for any parcel being lost by Australia Post or International Postage unless you have taken out Insurance at check out.
- To track your parcel please enter your tracking number in the Australia Post website link provided below for all parcels.
- If an order it Returned to Sender from Australia Post and you would like it shipped out again we will need to re charge Postage.
